We offer 356 and 912 cylinder heads that have been comprehensively rebuilt, complete with valves, ready to go on your engine. It features:
• Castings and thouroughly cleaned and inspected for any defects or cracks.
• Cylinder sealing surfaces flycut. Depths kept withing Porsche spec
• Top of casting and valve cover sealing surfacestrued
• If any combustion chamber cracks are found, the area is cut away and expertly welded. Any broken fins are replaced and weld areas are usually undetectable.
• New silicon bronze guides installed and reamed
• Valve seats are replaced if necessary, precision cut and valves lapped in.
• All new valves, springs, seats and keepers installed; spring height set.
Note: All cylinder heads are sold only on an exchange basis, like-for-like. Core castings returned must be rebuildable at our discretion. No partial core deposit returns will be considered.
