Shipping & Returns Policy
Returns Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in its original condition to NLA Limited via traceable means of shipping. You will receive a 100% refund once the item(s) have been received by NLA Limited. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at NLA Limiteds’discretion.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
NLA Limited ships via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please keep this in mind when inputting or making changes to your shipping address. For other shipping options, please call Customer Service at 775-626-7800. Prices and product availability are subject to change. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days or holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with priority shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Worldwide Express) will be processed the same day if the order is received by 2:00 pm PST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Our shipping fee is based on current UPS rates. NLAParts.com offers four standard shipping options for orders sent to addresses within the United States: Standard Ground Shipping, Third day Shipping, Two-Day Shipping, and One-Day Shipping.
